- Appointments are completed on a first come first served basis. Jobs have no fixed start or finish times, as each job will differ in the time it takes to complete. If your vehicle has to be done by a certain time, let us know and we will try to accommodate you. There will be an up-charge if you need to skip ahead in the queue.
- If during our evaluation, we find that the interior condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what's expected (e.g. pet hair, excessive wear, stains, damage, or odors), it may affect the final price. We always aim to be fair and transparent, and we'll be sure to communicate any changes clearly before moving forward.
- Effective immediately, we will be requiring a 25% deposit for all services offered. This policy is being implemented due to an increase in missed appointments, which significantly impacts our scheduling, operations, and ability to serve other valued clients in a timely manner. Requiring a deposit helps ensure that appointment times are respected and allows us to maintain a high level of service for everyone. Deposits are nonrefundable if the appointment is canceled or in the event of a no-call, no-show. You are able to reschedule one time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.
